Role Overview:

The Accounting Manager will take on critical responsibilities, including: Corporate accounting functions (covering marketing, finance, IT, and HR). Accounting for newly acquired companies. Managing the month-end close process. Leading and mentoring staff/senior accountants. Preparing auditable financial statements and supporting audits. Handling journal entries, reconciliations, and GAAP compliance.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will bring: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. 6-8+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for experience in public accounting (audit). CPA or CMA certification (strongly preferred). Expertise in corporate accounting, including financial statement preparation and acquisition integration accounting. Advanced proficiency in Excel. Experience with mid-level ERP systems. A proven track record of career stability and progression.
