Corporate Director of Revenue Management 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 1355 Mall Of Georgia Boulevard, Buford, GA 30519 The Corporate Director of Revenue Management will be responsible for managing the hotel’s revenue-related strategies, achieving and exceeding the hotel’s RevPAR Index and RevPAR goals. Typically exists in a large full service hotel with a wide range of services and facilities and will have area or multi-unit responsibilities. Working in close partnership with the Management, the Corporate Director of Revenue ensures inventory is allocated and restricted properly to maximize revenue and profits. The CDRM is accountable for recommending and overseeing the inventory management and analyzing the revenue, profit and demand associated with hotel inventory and processes related to the day-to-day operations of the hotels, for creating an energized and positive work environment that results in the delivery of exceptional guest service, and for identifying opportunities for further efficiencies. Job Requirements (other duties may be assigned):
- Conduct weekly revenue call with managers and regionals support to review weekly forecast.
- Provides revenue analysis functional expertise to general managers, property leadership teams and market sales leaders.
- Ability to work independently in an office setting conducive for calls and on-line presentations. Monitor and manage sales if pace is behind or GM has forecasted to miss monthly top line revenue.
- Provides direction and action plans for Teams to implement to drive revenue, F&B revenue included.
- Work along the teams to help make informed decisions that maximize top line revenue.
- Create and implement strategies accordingly based on the market evaluations/conditions.
- Create and deliver sales initiatives for the company as a portfolio that will produce opportunities for revenue growth
- Provide assistance when needed to fellow associates, guests, and other departments.
- Ensure compliance to all federal, state, brand regulations/requirements
- Uses reservation system and demand forecasting systems to determine, implement and control selling strategies.
- Ensures compliance and participation in company promotions through ecommerce channels.
- Ensures all hotels follow brand strategies that will maintain and/or increase the hotel(s) revenue per available room (RevPAR)
- Achieves and exceeds goals including performance goals, budget goals, team goals, etc.
- Analyzing and Reporting Revenue Management Data.
- Maintains accurate reservation system information
- Analyzes period end and other available systems data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving goals.
- Attends meetings to plan, organize, prioritize, coordinate and manage activities and solutions.
- Understands the working relationship between sales, reservations and property management systems.
Keeps confidential the business functions of the company including, but not limited to, financial status, customer/guest information, partner issues, etc.
