Your Function:

The Division Account Manager, Dealer Financial Services , partnering and directing within a team of dealer inventory finance specialists to manage and optimize the risk management of our dealer inventory wholesale finance portfolio through perfection of collateral security and documentation, PMSI / UCC filings, dealer credit lines for client, collections, collateral asset management

Day to Day Work with the Dealer Financial Services team to support US & Canadian dealer managing country portfolio credit/risk for flooring lines and risk mitigation to minimize short and long-term portfolio risk. Ensure appropriate actions to mitigate risk and prevent loss (including repossession of equipment) in accordance with external laws, codes, and internal policy procedure. Ensure and execute adequate and timely portfolio risk management through: Documentation reviews, structure and security to ensure priority perfection. Strong financial acumen and understanding of financial statement/ratios and business formation (Corporations, LLC’s, Sole Proprietorships). AGCO Distribution communication and supporting JV initiatives including M&A transactions (Buy/Sell, Ownership changes, Owner death/succession, Entity changes, etc.). Special Agreements; Buy-Sell, Forbearance, Bailment, Letters of Credit, ICA’s, Subordination, etc. Immediate response/escalation for Sold Out of Trust (SOT) situations. Credit Line Management and underwriting support to Risk Analysts. Manage account terms within Dealer Financial Agreements. Workouts and Collection of dealer deficiencies, amounts owed to AGCO Finance and Client, Past Due Action, Demand Letters, Collateral Protection. Engage with legal and assist Client/Corporate legal on bankruptcy, collection actions, replevin and other dealer litigation issues. Manage activities and ensure that dealer’s rights are properly extinguished and company rights to deficiency are preserved. Review, support, process and manage AGCO Terminations and AGCO Finance repossessions/liquidations. Ensure accurate documentation on reach repossession; Right to Redeem, Statutory Buy-Back laws. Manage field audit results through utilization of third-party vendor (Douglas Guardian/Quicktrack), Outside Audit Firm, DLL Field Team and Client Field Team. Oversee UCC (Uniform Commercial Code) filings and renewals, Security Agreements, DSSA’s, PG’s, and PMSI notifications to ensure priority perfection of collateral. Support AGCO and AGCO Finance relationship with Agvance (Inventory Finance) Review and analyze activities to recognize potential operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements. Manage processes and staff development in such a way that the team plan and objectives are achieved. Help define and manage to KPI’s and targets. Strive for continuous improvement supporting risk policies, processes, systems and methods for the JV to achieve its’ objective in the best optimal way. Essentials Bachelor’s degree. 5+ years’ experience, preferable with progressive responsibility demonstrated in roles and positions, In depth knowledge of Uniform Commercial Code, Inventory Wholesale Finance Security, Personal Property Security Act, Financial Analysis and applicable statutory and federal laws. Leadership skills and ability to manage other team members. Ability to use interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with sound decision making to negotiate outcomes that are favorable to the company. Ability to minimize further management involvement up to authority level. Sound decision-making processes to protect company assets. Ability to communicate, both orally and written, with other members or the team, clients and prospective clients. Attention and quality to details, accuracy and transparency. Proven ability to handle and organize multiple projects and meet deadlines. Must have ability to lift 10 lbs. Must have ability to sit and work at computer for extensive periods of time. 60 DLL is considering candidates in numerous locations. The pay estimate displayed represents the typical pay range for candidates hired for this position in the desired primary work location. Pay may be adjusted outside the projected range based on geographical differentiation as well as for any other lawful reason.
