FP&A Manager – FMCG sector We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented FP&A Manager to join our client’s team in Lawrenceville, GA. Qualifications/skills required:
Over 8 years of experience in FP&A, ideally within manufacturing or financial services, with a background in leading and managing teams. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Strong ability to analyse and manage large datasets.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with senior management to align business objectives with financial goals. Work closely with field leaders to develop and implement key business initiatives. Support leadership in managing and evaluating the strategic planning process for the annual budget, ensuring timely delivery of results to key stakeholders. Demonstrate strong presentation skills by creating materials to effectively communicate plans and outcomes to senior leaders, with excellent executive communication skills.
