Key Responsibilities:
Secure financing through a wide network of lenders Maximize profitability via extended warranties, service contracts, and F&I products Ensure complete and compliant documentation (DMV, insurance, payoffs, etc.) Partner with the sales team to close deals and boost CSI scores Maintain legal and ethical compliance at every stage
What You Bring:
Minimum 2 years of F&I experience at a franchised dealership In-depth knowledge of lender requirements, regulations, and finance products Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to thrive under pressure and deliver results Clean MVR and ability to pass background screening
