We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Advertising Sales Manager to lead and oversee our 3 dynamic sales teams. What You Will Do Lead and Develop Teams:
Provide leadership, coaching, and day-to-day management for a team of sales professionals. Set strategies and goals to drive growth and performance.
Provide Media Solutions:
Offer comprehensive advertising solutions across digital, mobile, targeted publications, and traditional newspapers.
Drive Revenue Growth:
Identify market potential, set sales goals, manage territories, and continually improve sales performance.
Engage and Motivate:
Inspire the team to exceed revenue goals while fostering a culture of coaching, feedback, and development. Represent the
Brand:
Champion our brand in the community through networking and involvement in local events.
Optimize Campaigns:
Collaborate with team members to create tailored media plans that maximize client success, optimizing campaign performance.
Sales Strategy:
Participate in sales calls, conduct team meetings, and adjust strategies as needed based on performance metrics.
Monitor and Report:
Track team progress against key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on monthly metrics to clients.
Collaborate Across Teams:
Work cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless execution and meet deadlines.
What We’re Looking For Digital Expertise:
Knowledge of Google Ads, Analytics, or related digital platforms (certifications preferred).
Sales Experience:
2+ years in consultative sales, with a proven track record of success.
Problem Solver:
