Ken’s Foods maker of Ken’s Steak House Salad Dressing and SweetBaby Rays Barbecue Sauce is adding a new Plant Finance Managerposition to our team. This new position will be located onsite inour McDonough, GA facility. As Plant Finance Manager, you willoversee all the plants’ financial operations, ensuring accuratefinancial reporting, cost control, and compliance with corporatepolicies. This role provides financial leadership and strategicguidance to drive efficiency and profitability while maintainingstrong internal controls. This is a roll up you sleeves positionthat will work closely with plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the plant’s financial operations, includingforecasting, actual and budgeting reporting Collaborate with plantmanagement to develop and implement strategies for operationalimprovements Conduct ROI analysis on capital expenditures and majorprojects to ensure optimal allocation of resources Establish andmaintain standard costs for all products, ensuring accuracy andalignment with actual production costs Regularly analyze costvariances and partner with the plant manager to implementcorrection actions to optimize cost efficiency Develop andimplement operational policies and procedures to maintainoperational standards and improve performance. Analyze financialdata to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for costreduction and efficiency improvements Lead special projects aimedat operational innovation, such as implementing new technology orsystems to enhance productivity Measure and report on greenhousegas emissions to ensure compliance with GHG Protocol and supportsustainability initiatives Participate in the financial closeprocess to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting Providefinancial training and guidance to plant staff as needed

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or arelated field. Minimum 5 years experience in financial managementrole in manufacturing. Additionally, this individual will need;Strong understanding of financial management, cost accounting, andoperational processes. Excellent analytical skills and attention todetail. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft OfficeSuite. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
