Tipton Drive, Dahlonega, GA 30533 Position Summary The Revenue Cycle Manager is responsible for the oversight, leadership, and management of all revenue cycle functions at Cleaver Medical Group Dermatology. This includes patient registration, charge capture, coding, claims submission, payment posting, denial management, accounts receivable follow-up, and patient collections. The individual in this role will ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in the billing process while leading a team of billing and collections personnel. The position requires close collaboration with clinical staff, administrative leadership, and third-party payers to optimize revenue cycle performance. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Supervise and oversee the daily operations of the billing and collections team. Monitor and manage all stages of the revenue cycle to ensure accurate and timely billing and collections. Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve efficiency, reduce denials, and ensure compliance with payor and regulatory requirements. Ensure appropriate coding (CPT, ICD-10) and charge capture practices are followed. Work closely with providers to resolve coding and documentation issues. Oversee insurance verification and prior authorization protocols, when applicable. Maintain accurate and timely reports on key performance indicators (e.g., DSO, collection rates, denial trends). Lead regular meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss performance, challenges, and solutions. Provide training and performance evaluations for billing staff. Ensure compliance with HIPAA, federal, and state billing regulations. Stay current on industry changes affecting billing, coding, and reimbursement, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payor policies. Supervisory Responsibilities Direct supervision of billing and collections team members. Responsible for hiring, training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for assigned staff. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience in medical billing and revenue cycle management. At least 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a healthcare setting. Demonstrated knowledge of

CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS

coding, and payer regulations. Experience working with dermatology billing or procedural specialty billing strongly preferred. Proficiency in electronic health record systems; Modernizing Medicine/EMA experience is a plus. Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills. Physical Demands Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasionally required to stand, walk, and lift up to 15 pounds.
