Accounting Manager Aesthetic & Breast Restorative Center Baton Rouge, LA 70817 Overview Great Opportunity with a new healthcare company seeking a self-starting, detail-oriented Accountant to join our fast-paced , high energy environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles (GAAP compliance) and be responsible for all accounting duties in the organization including but not limited to: Maintain the General Ledger (Quick books Online) AP – Manage Vendor Accounts and Pay Bills in a timely manner Analysis of Financials and General Ledger account activity Month-End Reconciliations and Close Implement Accounting processes and controls Create and Maintain various Balance Sheet Schedules Review Quick books generated financials for accuracy Maintain Chart of Accounts Manage Cash and Deposits Special Projects Accounting degree required: 5 years of Accounting experience required Proficient in Quick books Online Knowledge of Medical System Software Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel Reports directly to the
