Role:
Oversees the billing and collections operations within the CIS Corporate Business Office. Reports directly to the EVP of Revenue Cycle Management and Financial Analytics. Supports planning, monitoring, and development of business office operations. Collaborates with leadership to reduce accounts receivable, manage denials, and improve reimbursement. Plays a key role in supervising staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, and enhancing financial performance.

Strengthens CIS’s financial foundation by reducing denials and improving claim collections. Ensures proper reimbursement from third-party payors through thorough knowledge of billing regulations. Analyzes denial trends and partners with internal teams to implement process improvements. Helps design and implement strategic initiatives that improve operational efficiency and increase cash flow. Promotes compliance by staying current with industry changes and sharing updates with the team. What Makes You a
Great Match:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field. 3-5 years of progressively responsible healthcare accounts receivable experience. In-depth understanding of federal, state, and contractual billing regulations. Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a healthcare revenue cycle environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
