Accounting Manager JDM Builders Bourne, MA 02532 • Hybrid work Job Overview We are a real-estate developer and general contracting firm seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the accuracy of our financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, financial services, and compliance regulations. Responsibilities Ensure timely and accurate completion of all accounting tasks. Manage accounts payable and receivable Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations. Prepare and present detailed financial reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics and trends. Conduct general ledger reconciliation and maintain accurate general ledger accounting records. Perform account reconciliation to ensure that all transactions are accurately recorded. Compile AIA Requisitions for submission to lending agency. These tasks will need to be managed across multiple business entities. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA certification is preferred. Proven experience in accounting management or similar role within the financial services sector. Strong knowledge of payroll systems, budgeting processes, and financial report writing. Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work. Strong leadership abilities with effective communication skills to collaborate across departments.
