Automotive Hybrid Sales/Finance Manager North East Dealer Services Falmouth, MA 02540 NEDS is looking to hire an additional Hybrid F&I/Sales manager for a family-owned dealership. We seek a person with successful experience in the automotive industry and a stable employment history.
SALES/FINANCE MANAGER
The position requires an assertive and self-driven leader with a proven track record in sales, team development, and business growth with the ability to excel as a Sales & Finance Manager The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in auto sales management and team building, demonstrating the ability to lead a high-performance sales team effectively You will be expected to accomplish sales objectives through planning, organizing, coordinating, and managing the activities of the new and used vehicle sales departments Setting a clear vision and goals for the sales team to achieve targeted performance in new and used vehicle sales and profit Driving the business through a high level of involvement in day-to-day operations Experienced in sales and finance operations, training and motivating a sales team History of finance sales, organization, lender relations and ethical practices Successful at sales, leasing and overall PVR performance Positive attitude, professional demeanor Maintain (or exceed) minimum acceptable standards with regard to the sale of F&I products and financing. Submit all paperwork to and obtain approval from finance sources on all finance deals. Finalize all paperwork accurately and submit in a timely manner to the accounting department.
