We’re looking to hire a Controller & Finance Manager for a hybrid role based in North Adams, MA. This is a direct hire opportunity. In this position, you’ll join the Finance team at a leading CPG company to analyze product-level gross margins, COGS, contribution margins, and unit economics across channels and regions. You’ll play a pivotal role in managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Controller & Finance Manager Responsibilities:

Oversee the preparation of timely and accurate financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) in accordance with GAAP. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including state, federal, and industry-specific requirements. Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts; ensure accuracy of journal entries and account reconciliations.

Controller & Finance Manager Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting. 5-10 years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing or consumer products environment. Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
