Your Role:

A Blend of Strategic Vision and Financial Precision As Controller & Finance Manager, you’ll lead all financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing strategic insights to drive business growth. You’ll manage day-to-day financial activities, oversee month-end and year-end processes, and spearhead forecasting and budgeting efforts to align with the company’s ambitious goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Financial Reporting:

Deliver accurate and timely financial statements and insights.

Strategic Planning:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for new initiatives.

Operational Excellence:

Design internal controls, optimize cash flow, and refine accounting processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to align financial KPIs with business objectives.

Growth Leadership:

Contribute to major product decisions and supply chain efficiency improvements.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience:

5-10 years in accounting and financial analysis, ideally in manufacturing or consumer products with global supply chain exposure.

Expertise:

Proficiency in GAAP, financial modeling, and ERP systems like NetSuite.

Analytical Skills:

Advanced Excel user with a talent for data-driven decision-making.

Leadership:
