Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Hybrid Sales and Finance Manager to oversee both vehicle sales operations and finance-related activities. This dual-role position is ideal for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced automotive dealership environment and is capable of managing the complete customer journey — from sales to financing.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Management Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets. Ensure an exceptional customer experience from initial inquiry through vehicle delivery. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with inventory management for stock optimization. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and training programs. Assist in closing deals and mentoring sales consultants on effective techniques. Finance & Insurance (F&I) Secure financing for customers through a network of lenders and financial institutions. Present and offer protection programs (e.g., road hazard bundle, gap insurance, service contracts). Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local regulations regarding automotive finance. Submit deals to lenders, process approvals, and ensure accuracy of paperwork. Monitor F&I performance metrics, profitability, and compliance audits.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in automotive sales, F&I, or a hybrid manager role. Strong knowledge of dealership operations, finance procedures, and lender requirements. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills. Commitment to personal and professional growth. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Preferred Attributes:
Certification in F&I compliance (AFIP, etc.) is a plus. Experience with DealerSocket CRM and Automate DMS is a plus Ability to work weekends and flexible hours. Bilingual abilities are an advantage
