Fresh Pond Parkway, Cambridge, MA 02138 Honda F&I Manager Position – $180,000.00 to $240,000.00+ /year Cambridge Honda is looking for an experienced Finance and Insurance manager to add to our business management team! We are a family-owned Metro- Boston Honda store with years of loyal, local & repeat relationship! Our sales managers have been with us for an average of 8+ years, same with our office support staff. Our average sales consultant has been with us for 10+ years! Our current finance manager is staying on – we are adding to staff due to volume increases and as such this position is for an experienced finance manager who lives within a reasonable distance of Cambridge MA. Job Requirements:

• Must have auto dealership experience in Finance Manager role.
• Must have industry references.
• Basic MS Office knowledge; computer software and internet proficiency.
• Automotive-specific computer knowledge preferred (Reynolds, Dealer track, Route One, CVR etc.)
• Excellent verbal/written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Must possess the ability to “close”.
• Professional Appearance.
• Must possess the ability to ask for the sale and follow through.
• Proven track record, strong penetration levels.
• Ability to support a menu-driven F&I sales process.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
• Knowledge of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
• Must possess and demonstrate personal & professional integrity.
• Desire for long-term employment
