What we are looking for:

We are actively seeking a detail-oriented and strategic financial manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who brings both analytical rigor and business insight, and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, while also supporting compliance, reporting, and strategic initiatives. This person will work closely with leadership to guide financial decisions and ensure the long-term financial health of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Planning & Analysis :

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Track key SaaS/healthtech metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, burn). Build and maintain models that support smart, strategic growth.

Strategic Partnership:

Work directly with company leadership to guide big-picture financial decisions. Help shape strategy with data-backed insights and forward-thinking planning.

Build & Scale Infrastructure :

Create and strengthen financial structures in a dynamic, fast-moving environment. Lay the groundwork for systems that grow with us.

Reporting & Compliance :

Own the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Ensure GAAP and HIPAA compliance. Manage audits and regulatory requirements.

Cash Flow & Capital Strategy :

Monitor cash flow and revenue recognition. Support fundraising, capital allocation, and long-term planning to ensure we’re deploying resources wisely.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :

Partner with teams across Product, Ops, and Marketing to evaluate ROI, pricing models, and contract terms. Be the go-to for clear, actionable financial insights.

Systems & Tools :

Optimize our finance tech stack (NetSuite, QuickBooks, Excel, Tableau, etc.) and build workflows that improve accuracy, speed, and scalability.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of progressive experience in financial management, with a strong track record in FP&A and/or financial operations
• Proven success in forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling in dynamic environments
• Advanced Excel skills—modeling is second nature; QuickBooks Online experience is a plus
• Confident communicator with the ability to present insights clearly and influence decisions across teams and leadership
• Comfortable in fast-paced, high-growth environments—bonus points for SaaS, healthcare, or tech sector experience
