RevenueManager Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Revenue Manager with aCPA certification and expertise in ASC 606 standards to join ourdynamic team. The Revenue Manager will play a crucial role inensuring accurate revenue recognition, maintaining compliance withaccounting standards, and optimizing revenue-generating activities.

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a detail-orientedindividual with strong analytical skills and a deep understandingof accounting principles.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Recognition:

Oversee the accurate and timely recognition of revenue inaccordance with ASC 606 guidelines. Analyze contracts andtransactions to determine appropriate revenue recognitiontreatment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. ASC606

Implementation:

Lead the implementation and ongoing maintenanceof ASC 606 standards across the organization. Collaborate withcross-functional teams to assess the impact of ASC 606 on revenuerecognition processes and systems.

Financial Analysis:

Conductthorough financial analysis to evaluate revenue performance,identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement. Provideinsights and recommendations to drive revenue growth and optimizeprofitability.

Contract Review:

Review customer contracts andagreements to assess revenue implications and identify anypotential issues or risks. Work closely with legal and sales teamsto structure contracts that align with revenue recognitionpolicies.

Audit Support:

Serve as a key point of contact forexternal auditors during financial audits and reviews. Preparedocumentation and schedules related to revenue recognition,ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Process Improvement:

Continuously evaluate and enhance revenue recognition processes andcontrols to streamline operations and mitigate risks. Implementbest practices and automation solutions to improve efficiency andaccuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with finance,sales, legal, and other departments to address revenue-relatedmatters and drive alignment across the organization. Provideguidance and support to stakeholders on revenue recognition issues.

Training and Education:

Develop and deliver training sessions onrevenue recognition principles and ASC 606 requirements forrelevant stakeholders. Stay informed about changes in accountingstandards and disseminate knowledge throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, orrelated field; CPA certification required. Minimum of 6 years ofexperience in revenue accounting or related roles, preferably in apublic accounting firm or a high-growth company. Expertise in ASC606 revenue recognition standards and experience leading ASC 606implementation projects. Strong understanding of GAAP and financialreporting requirements. Exceptional analytical skills with theability to interpret complex financial data and draw meaningfulinsights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, withthe ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance. Provenability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in afast-paced environment. Experience with Netsuite and revenueautomation tools is a plus.
