Primary Responsibilities of the

Accounting Manager :

Trackcommercial / residential tenant rents in AppFolio and QuickBooks.

Maintain records and reports. Track security deposits and return asnecessary Track all invoices for payment (personal, properties,condo fees) prepare all checks for signature. Create and maintainfiles pertaining to trusts, properties, leases etc. Enter all trustaccounts payable and receivable in ERP System. Monthly balancing oftrust account bank statements, reconciling statements within ERPSystem and preparation of reports for President’s review. Excellent accounting skills, ideally coming from an organizationwith fewer than 50 employees Exceptional communication andorganizational skills Strong attention to detail and follow upComfort with MS Office suite and QuickBooks; preference will begive to candidates experienced in Sage 300/Timberline
