Treasury and Cash Forecasting Manager Position Available In Suffolk, Massachusetts

Salary Grade Grade 50 Position Type Full-Time/Regular The TreasuryManager is a key member of the Debt and Treasury team at BostonUniversity, and works closely with staff from Budget, Business Affairs,Student Accounts, Research and General Accounting, and other areasacross the organization. Major duties of this position include: ?Tracking, forecasting, and analyzing University cash flows forshort-term and long-range planning. ? Provide oversight of Treasuryoperations, including daily cash position analysis. ? Provide analyticalsupport in areas relating to debt and Treasury. ? Identify and implementefficiencies in University cash, banking, and reporting processes. ?Collaborate with University departments to provide advice related tobanking services/cash movements and the preparation of managementreports. ? Lead Treasury related system improvements and integrationwith other University systems as appropriate. ? Lead financial analysisand reporting in areas relating to cash management and forecasting, andperform other financial analysis as needed, both individually and aspart of a team. ? Establish and maintain procedures to monitor andmanage bank and investment accounts, including user access and keybanking contacts for each institution. ? Review and reconcile daily cashand investment account activity. ? Analyze banking services, structureand fees paid making recommendations and implementing cost-savingstrategies. ? Ensure compliance with written policies and proceduresregarding cash operations. ? Provide oversight, training, coaching anddevelopment opportunities for a Treasury Analyst.
