Auto Finance Manager Maine’s Auto Connection 653 Roosevelt Trail, Windham, ME 04062 Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and enhancing customer relationships. This position requires strong analytical skills and the ability to negotiate effectively within the financial services sector, particularly in loan processing and credit analysis. Duties Conduct credit analysis to assess the viability of loan applications and provide recommendations. Develop and maintain customer relationship management strategies to enhance client satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with dealership teams to facilitate loan processing and upselling of financial products. Prepare detailed financial reports for management review, highlighting key performance indicators. Negotiate terms with lenders and clients to secure favorable financing options. Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations and company policies. Provide training and support to staff on financial processes and best practices. Qualifications Proven experience in financial services, particularly in loan processing and credit analysis. Strong proficiency in basic math skills for accurate financial calculations. Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures. Familiarity with customer relationship management tools and strategies. Ability to type efficiently using the 10 key method for data entry tasks. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Previous experience in a dealership environment is a plus but not required.
