Ability to review lender programs and understand how to structure a deal is required. All major auto lenders are dealer partners and we consistently train with our reinsurance company and compare metrics in our dealer 20 group. Responsibilities Responsible for helping our customers arrange the financing of their purchases and presenting them with additional products that enhance their vehicle and ownership experience. Proficient at structuring deals for maximum profitability Fully proficient with title laws and registration process Maintains proficiency and certifications as required for the position Accurately desks deals, submits deals to lenders for approval, makes credit decisions, and effectively closes deals Ensures all deals are fully compliant with local, state and federal guidelines Prepares paperwork, contracts and delivers deals Accurately audits team deals Post-Sale Ensures the expeditious funding of all contracts Qualifications 2+ years related experience Automotive industry experience is required (Sales Associate, Sales Manager, Internet Sales Manager, or F&I Manager) Excellent oral and written communication skills College degree preferred or equivalent experience Persuasiveness and sales-closing abilities Strong customer relationship skills Excellent verbal and written communication, strong negotiation and presentation skills Professional, well-groomed personal appearance. Clean driving record Must pass pre-employment testing to include: background checks, MVR, and drug testing
