This is a leadership position responsible for the efficient and effective administration of the financial reporting, analysis and human resources for the parish, school and early childhood academy. Essential Duties Manage and direct all accounting functions such as budgeting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activity and financial reporting. Prepare, administer and review budget process. Manage and record church contributions, pledges, estate planning and donor programs. Manage the Human Resources needs including recruiting, onboarding, payroll, benefits, medical leave, policy implementation and employee personnel files. Manage school and early childhood learning academy tuition. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Demonstrate ability to be detail oriented while managing multiple processes. Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills – highly collaborative and effective team member. Exercise planning, organizational skills and an ability to meet deadlines through problem-solving and multi-tasking. Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor. Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications Undergraduate degree in business, finance or accounting. Minimum of three years experience in management, accounting, finance and business operations. Intermediate skill level in QuickBooks, Excel, and Parish Soft. Practicing Catholic in good standing is preferred, but not required.
