What youll do:

Review each projectsstatus monthly and ensure budgets are updated timely and feesrevised for job scope variances, differences, and modifications.

Ensure complete and accurate “budget to actual” reconciliationswhich are prepared in a timely manner in accordance with ourclients contracts. Prepare, review and analyze monthly financialstatus reports by client and individual jobs. Ensure clients areaccurately billed fee and OOPs on a timely basis per contractrequirements. Ensure contract compliance. Review Account Receivableaging reports and ensure timely collections. Prepare clientfinancial reports. Responsible for managing and improving client /product profitability. Analyze the nature and detail of eachproject. Work with account teams to define program scope andobjectives and is responsible to clearly note all specifications onall estimates and properly cost out line-item expenditurecomponents. Assist with the compilation of database statistics andanalyze overall trends for – projected hours, past year costs, andcompetitive analysis as well as participate in the completion ofRFPs received.

What youll need:

The base salary range forthis position at the time of this posting is indicated below.

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors,including location, business needs, level of responsibility,experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefitspackage. $60,000-$140,000 USD We believe the best work happens whenwere together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection.
