Finance Manager Exact Match Recruitment Inc. Grandview, MO 64030 Finance Manager –

Manufacturing Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting functions including financial reporting, AP / AR, general ledger, fixed assets, month & year-end closeouts, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Financial reporting including income statements, balance sheets & cash flow statements, prepare budgets.
• Responsible for monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting close activities and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Familiar with all cost variables & variance analysis in a manufacturing environment
• Complete ownership of Accounting and Finance aspects of plant facility
• Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads.
• Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audits, tax advice for Corporate and State tax filings.
• Develop financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
• Support Capital investment business case development (including metrics like NPV, IRR, etc) and capital budgeting and monthly forecast.
• Mentor and manage finance team members to support their development and performance.
• Support SAP implementation

Plant Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master’s or CPA/CMA preferred).
• 5+ years’ relevant accounting experience within a

MANUFACTURING

environment

• Ability to manage and resolve complex account reconciliation
• Ensure compliance and Internal Controls including GAAP and internal audits
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, GAAP/IFRS, and corporate finance principles.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g. SAP, Oracle, or similar).
• Experience with financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.

g., Excel, Power BI).

$100,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
