• Key Responsibilities:

• Effectively structure deals to maximize profitability and enhance the customer buying experience.
• Partner with lenders to secure favorable loan terms and conditions for customers.
• Present and sell finance and insurance products to customers.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale of financial and insurance products.
• Build strong relationships with lending institutions and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of finance and lease programs.

• Preferred Experience & Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proven track record of success in automotive finance management.

• Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Automotive F&I management.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team while taking initiative independently.
