The Opportunity We’re seeking anAccounting Manager with strong technical chops to lead ourfinancial reporting and support our internal and external auditprocesses. This is an ideal role for a CPA who’s ready to own keyareas of the close, elevate internal controls, and partnercross-functionally — without getting pulled into transactionaldetails. • Support the month-end and quarter-end close process, includingjournal entries, reconciliations, and reporting schedules
• Leadthe preparation of internal and external financial statements andensure compliance with US GAAP
• Manage the audit process:coordinate deliverables, liaise with auditors, and ensure timelyresolution of audit requests
• Maintain and enhance internalcontrols and accounting policies, ensuring consistency and auditreadiness
• Assist with financial planning efforts, includingbudgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Identifyopportunities for process improvement and automation, especially inreporting and compliance workflows
• Collaborate across Finance,Legal, and Operations teams to ensure financial data accuracy andconsistency
• Support special projects (e.

g., M&A integration,system upgrades, cross-entity reporting)

Requirements:

What YouBring

• CPA license (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting orFinance
• 5 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally ina multi-entity environment
• Strong technical accounting skills anda deep understanding of GAAP
• Experience with audits (public orprivate), including preparation of PBCs and interaction withexternal auditors
• Solid command of Excel and accounting systems(NetSuite preferred)
• Exceptional attention to detail with stronganalytical and organizational skills
• Ability to workindependently, communicate effectively, and manage multiplepriorities in a fast-paced environment
