OVERVIEW
This role is responsible for providing critical financial analysis, reporting, and support to optimize operational performance across the organization. Supports our business and financial planning processes by designing, developing, and maintaining appropriate forecasting models while tracking key operational metrics, analyzing financial and operational data, and delivering actionable insights to improve efficiency, cost management, and profitability. Works closely with cross-functional teams to align business objectives and data strategies. Prepares executive summaries for leadership as needed to make strategic operational decisions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Recommend strategies for increasing financial performance Utilize financial planning and analysis software to develop accurate and timely demand forecasts Analyze trends of key performance indicators (KPIs), especially relating to financial metrics such as sales, expenses, profit margin, and inventory. Conduct extensive analysis for demand planning Create variance analysis Create operating forecasts based on variance analysis and reporting Ensure data accuracy, integrity and compliance across organizational activities
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in business, economics or finance required; Master’s degree preferred 5+ years of business planning/financial analysis or related experience Certified Corporate Financial Planning and Analysis Professional (FPAC), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and/or Certificate in Financial Modelling and Valuation preferred Knowledge of operating and capital financial statements Experience providing insights to the management team to help them make informed business decisions and collaborating with senior management to enhance operational excellence Demonstrated track record of success with analytical and critical thinking Can quickly identify business problems/opportunities Communicate with all levels of management and company personnel orally or in written form
Pay Details:
