Qualities preferred for the position are listed below. However, we will train the RIGHT individual. 2+ years of Finance and Insurance Manager experience in an automotive retail environment preferred. Proven track record of running substantial penetration numbers and overall per copy preferred. Excellent communication skills. Recent experience should include the ability to desk, arrange financing, and close the deal. Ability to set, plan, track, and meet established goals. Detail minded individual who is very organized with direction. Ability to manage complex compliance issues and processes. Conflict resolution skills.
