We are currently seeking an experienced and detail-orientedMortgage Pre-Underwriter (or as we call it, a Pre-Approval Manager)for our dynamic lending team. This position combines the skillsetof a Mortgage Pre-Underwriter and a Loan Officer Assistant. You will be responsible for analyzing and verifying real estateloan applications while evaluating risks for pre-approvals. Theideal candidate will have several years of mortgage underwritingand/or processing experience, understand how to do incomecalculations, possess a can-do attitude, and have a proven trackrecord of providing solutions in the mortgage lending industry. Responsibilities:

• Effectively guide clients through the Pre-Approval Process
• Gather all necessary information and documentation needed toeffectively analyze the borrower’s qualification for Conventional,FHA, VA, USDA, and Non-QM programs
• Pull Credit
• Income analysis
• Structure the loan file in alignment with the borrower’sfinancial goals
• Clearly and joyfully communicate to both borrowers and Realtorpartners throughout every step of the Pre-Approval process
• Manage, organize, and fully utilize CRM, internal efficiencysystems
• Proactively innovate new ideas to increase client retention
• Consistently execute follow-up protocols
• Prioritize actions and time spent within daily/weekly/monthlyteam

KPI’s Qualifications:

• NMLS License, or willing to obtain NMLS License upon hire
