Mid-level QuickBooks Full Job Description Finance Manager Duties:
- Perform day-to-day financial operations within the company, to include paying vendors, tracking fuel purchases, monitoring PO’s, credit card maintenance, bank reconciliations, and any other duties relevant to the position
- Enter financial data into the accounting system and various databases
- Assist with preparation of monthly financial reports
- Assist management with requests in the finance department to achieve company goals
Requirements:
- Experience with Quickbooks is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check
