Job Description DPR Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Financial Planning &Analysis Analyst with 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles to join our finance team. This role will support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities to help drive strategic decision-making and delivering insightful financial analysis across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, financial modeling experience, and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term financial planning. Support ad-hoc financial analysis and modeling for business cases and decisions. Prepare presentations, management reports, and dashboards highlighting key financial and operations metrics. Partner cross-functionally to understand business drivers and support strategic initiatives. Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance identifying key trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Continuously improve FP&A processes, tools, and systems for efficiency and scalability. Monitor industry trends and benchmarks to assess financial performance against. Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate financial reporting and alignment with forecasts.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar discipline; CPA and/or MBA preferred. 5+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or related role with understanding of GAAP and financial statements. Strong financial acumen and ability to translate data into strategic insights. Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling; experience with data visualization, ERP and EPM tools. Strong work ethic with proven leadership and project management capabilities; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
