Auto Dealership Finance Manager 2.3 2.3 out of 5 stars 1601 Silas Creek Pkwy, Winston-Salem, NC 27127 We are seeking an Automotive Dealership Finance Manager to join the Bob King Auto Group family. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations, providing financial guidance to the sales team, and optimizing financial performance with a focus on customer service. We are looking for somoene who wants to continuously grow and reach the next level of acheivement for the dealership and the group.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Finance Manager role or department within the automotive dealership industry. Strong understanding of dealership finance, regulations, and compliance requirements. Proven track record of implementing financial strategies to drive profitability. Excellent leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop finance/sales team members. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Exceptional customer service, communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems, and advanced MS Excel skills. Notary Public required.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee and manage all financial transactions and activities within the dealership. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls. Ensure strict compliance with all financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements. Monitor financial performance metrics, analyze variances, and prepare accurate financial reports. Provide strategic financial guidance and support to the sales team to enhance decision-making processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline financial operations and improve efficiency. Team Player mentality in all you do. Able to collaborate acros multiple team levels. Train, mentor, and coach finance/sales staff on best practices, procedures, and industry updates. Accurately audit team deals post-sale and analyze for improvements. Guarantee expeditious funding of all contracts with attention to details.
