What You’ll Do:

As the Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis is responsible for the evaluation of strategic capital projects, development of the financial analytical tools, and reporting of the organization’s financial performance. The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis has responsibilities for providing financial planning expertise, presentation development, pro forma creation for capital plans, and analytic insights to support business decision-making processes. The Manager of FP&A will utilize data and information generated by the organization’s financial, operational, and decision support systems to inform financial analyses, assess business opportunities, and provide financial commentary to leadership. This role supports institutional financial planning processes for integrated business planning services and leadership decision making. The scope of responsibilities includes acting as an organizational internal finance consultant in areas such as business intelligence, clinical service line and shared services, acute hospital facility and medical group financial affairs, and academic analytical services, as well as key management reporting.

What You’ll Need:

Bachelor’s degree in business or Related Field 5+ years relevant experience HFMA, CPA, or CFA certification preferred The ideal candidate will also possess the following skills: Knowledge of operational and financial aspects healthcare service delivery High degree of systems and technical competence Excellent communication skills Ability to drive change. Ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary stakeholders, senior executives, physician leadership, and operational managers in the preparation, analysis and presentation of decision-making information.
