Accounting Manager/Supervisor Position Available In Guilford, North Carolina

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. In this role, you will oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving process improvements. Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily accounting operations, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Utilize Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Financial Management tools to optimize financial planning and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning initiatives.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting standards to ensure best practices. Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in an accounting management or supervisory role.
• Proficiency in using Hyperion Enterprise and Hyperion Financial Management software.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other relevant accounting principles.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage and motivate a team.
• High attention to detail and commitment to maintaining accuracy.
• Ability to effectively communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
