What You’ll Do:

Present financing options and F&I products clearly and effectively Maintain strong lender relationships to maximize approval opportunities Accurately complete all financial documentation and contracts Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience Maintain high CSI scores and promote transparency throughout the process

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as an F&I Manager in an automotive dealership Proven ability to meet and exceed F&I performance goals Strong understanding of finance products, lender programs, and compliance Proficiency with tools like RouteOne, MenuMetrics, Autosoft, etc. Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment CDJR, or Ford experience is a bonus but not required
