About the Role A leading manufacturer with an excellent 5-year growth trajectory is hiring a Finance Manager as part of its effort to expand strategic finance capabilities. This newly created role supports FP&A, long-range planning, and board-level reporting, while providing visibility into strategic initiatives, including M&A and business development. In this role, your responsibilities will include: Lead monthly forecasting, long-range planning (LRP), and annual operating plan (AOP) Support strategy and business development, with light exposure to M&A High visibility: involvement in board slide preparation and monthly business reviews (MBRs) Act as a strategic partner to business functions including sales, marketing, and operations Use advanced Excel modeling and develop/interpret 3-statement financial models Help enhance strategic capabilities across the team Required Skills, Education, and Experience Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or business related field. MBA, Master’s Degree, CFA, or CPA are a plus. 5+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, or Private Equity. Proficiency with the three financial statements, including 3-statement modeling. Advanced Excel capability. Manufacturing experience preferred.
