Salary:

Job Details Lead &Oversee:

Manage a team of 4-6 property accountants and ensureaccurate execution of the full accounting cycle (AP/AR, GL,month-end close).

Strategic Reporting:

Oversee financial statementpreparation, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.

InternalControls:

Develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance,mitigate risk, and safeguard assets.

Cross-FunctionalCollaboration:

Work closely with property managers, leasing, andasset management teams to drive financial performance.

Compliance &Audits:

Interface with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatoryagencies while staying up to date on accounting standards.
