IDT is currently looking for a Money Transfer SalesRepresentative. IDT is a leading communications and financialservices company looking for enthusiastic and energetic SalesRepresentatives that could help us grow by negotiating agreementswith new and existing money transfer agents. You can be a part ofthis high-performing group too by demonstrating the ability totarget new markets, travel to prospect and recruit new agents, andwork closely with our regional sales team and internal teams toidentify prospects. As a member of our team, you would have theopportunity to: Recruit new Retail Agents and assist in closingdeals and growing transaction volumes in all locations; Providesupport to new and existing agents to achieve agreed-upontransaction and revenue targets; Formulate, in conjunction with ourAgent Performance Team, promotions, incentives, and long-termagreements with retail agents to preserve and grow volumes whilemeeting revenue and profitability goals; Participate in events,promotions, and other marketing activities to increase consumerawareness, and generate trial and repeat usage of the service;Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to the Regional SalesManager and others in management, as required.
We would be happy tosee:
Minimum 5 years experience in selling international moneytransfer services to small and medium-sized businesses. Bachelor’sdegree preferred. Candidates must be willing to travel at least 50%of his/her normal business time. Candidates must have a successfulrecord in developing, maintaining, and growing an MT retailnetwork, especially one servicing the US-to-Africa MT corridor.
Requirements:
Proven work experience in a relevant role, includingas an account manager; Bilinguals with fluency in both English andSpanish are preferred; Must be prepared to go a retailer toretailer visiting customers; Basic computer skills – comfortableusing tablet and/or Bluetooth equipment; Ability to communicate,present and influence key stakeholders at all levels; Provenability to multitask while maintaining sharp attention to detail;Authorized to work for all US employers; Must have a valid driverslicense and a car (IDT offers a mileage and gas reimbursementprogram).
