Finance Manager Requirements Wage will be based on level of experience plus commission. Experience as a Finance Manager is a required. Experience with CDK is very important. Computer literacy is very important. Knowledge of dealership finance processes is required. Strong Ability to interact with customers to adequately asses their needs. Ability to explain and sell products through the finance department process. Professional, well-groomed personal appearance Good ability to work well as a team member and others in the organization. High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Drivers license and good drivers record Excellent communication skills, written and oral If you’re self motivated, have the ability to work well with others, and have a drive for success, you’re exactly what we’re looking for. Background check and drug test required as condition for employment.
