This supervisory position is perfect for an individual with an analytical mindset and experience in producing financial statements, looking to oversee accounting operations with minimal travel required. Responsibilities Oversee all accounting operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Analyze financial data and produce comprehensive financial statements. Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. Implement and maintain ERP software to streamline accounting processes. Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives. Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff, fostering a supportive and productive work environment. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve financial operations. Qualifications Strong analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail. Proven experience in producing accurate financial statements. Proficiency in ERP software and other financial systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Required Work Hours The Accounting Manager position requires working hours from Monday to Friday during first shift hours.
