On-site in Raleigh, NC Summary If you’re a natural leader and want to lead a team at a strongcompany with exceptional support, then you’ll want to be one of ourbanking center managers! You will immerse yourself in thecommunity, build and maintain client relationships, and oversee allbanking center functions to lead your team’s success. Key Responsibilities Include Business development of market area through proactive salescalls and networking to meet or exceed all consumer and businessloans, deposits and fee income goals. Involvement in the local market/community through civicorganizations or community groups. Ensure that personnel are trained and motivated to attain highquality customer service standards and profit goals throughproactive sales. In conjunction with support groups such as retailadministration for retail branch managers, develop, identify andimplement activities within the branch market area. Ensure that appropriate staffing is maintained at all times toprovide high quality customer service levels. Regularly monitor the efficiencies of productionstandards. Ensure that regulatory compliance standards are met. Responsible for controlling operational and administrativeexpenses. Responsible for resolving all customer serviceproblems. Responsible for representing the company in a professionalmanner at all civic and community affairs. Qualifications Include Bachelor’s degree 5+ years of retail banking experience 1-2 years related experience or an equivalent combination ofeducation and experience Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook As part of the employment process for this position, you willhave to meet the requirements of a background credit check. Thisposition requires compliance with the S.A.F.E Mortgage LicensingAct of 2008 and all related regulations. Ongoing employment iscontingent upon meeting all such requirements.
