Job Description The Corporate Actions Manager will oversee and enhance operational functions and provide leadership to the Corporate Actions team. This role requires a strategic thinker capable of developing policies and procedures, partnering with product and technology teams to develop enhancements, managing a team, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and established procedures.
This person will be:
Accountable for ensuring timely and accurate completion of the departments tasks. Accountable for the departments SLA performance. Manage inherent risk related product impacts. Accountable for ensuring all procedures and processes meet regulatory requirements and related industry standards. Responsible for training, coaching, and assessing staff performance.
