• The Role

Does working in a fast-paced environment with agility sound exciting?_ We’re hiring for a Senior Manager role within the Business Finance organization to drive the end-to-end finance engagement with the Mid Markets organization. This role will be a trusted advisor supporting the SVP

• Mid markets and their leadership team. The overriding objective is to drive value creation by partnering with the business/respective finance support teams and driving performance through a rigorous, constructive assessment of operating strategies and results.
• Location
• This is a work from home position within the U.S.
• The Main Responsibilities
• + Lead a finance team that will support Mid markets and serve as a cultural catalyst driving a growth mindset within the finance org.

Develop and invest in your team growing their skillsets and building a high performing team. + Understand the business levers and drivers of performance across key areas of the business, including the indirect and direct partner trends. + Partner with the Sr Director

• Central FP&A to manage the finance

ROB:

close, budgeting, forecasting, etc. for Mid markets. + Provide end-to-end FP&A support for investment decisions / ROI analysis. + Partner with the SVP Mid markets to drive the strategy for the partner model from thought leadership on the engagement models with partners to compensation strategy, etc. working across AGT and Lumen to land the execution. + Proactively seek ways to drive efficiencies / scale broadly across your Finance team.

Strong track record of developing self and others as a people leader.

• Compensation
• This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.

Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

Location Based Pay Ranges:

$129,639

• $172,852 in these states: AL, AR, AZ, FL, GA, IA, ID, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MO, MS, MT, ND, NE, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, and WY. $136,121
• $181,494 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, and RI. $142,603
• $190,137 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, and WA.
