F&I Manager Hubert Vester Auto Group 3717 Raleigh Road West Parkway, Wilson, NC 27896 Overview Hubert Vester Auto Group is experiencing fantastic growth and we are looking to add 1 experienced F&I manager to our current team of 3. This person must fit within our culture of positivity and growth. They must be willing and able to assist salespeople and manager’s and not be an office sitter. Our F&I team get involved early and often with car deals. The F&I manager must be able to work with multiple franchises and in different rooftops throughout the day. The F&I Manager plays a crucial role in the automotive dealership, responsible for managing the finance and insurance department. This position requires a blend of sales expertise, customer service skills, and financial acumen to ensure that customers receive the best financing options available while maximizing dealership profitability. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Responsibilities Facilitate the finance and insurance process for customers purchasing vehicles, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Process loan applications and manage title processing to ensure compliance with legal requirements. Prepare and present contracts to customers, explaining terms and conditions clearly. Upsell additional products such as extended warranties, gap insurance, and other financing options to enhance customer value. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and customer interactions within the dealership’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Collaborate with sales staff to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and building strong relationships with clients. Stay informed about industry trends, financing options, and regulatory changes affecting the F&I process. Skills Proficiency in loan processing and title processing with a solid understanding of financial documentation. Strong sales skills with a proven ability to upsell products effectively. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating empathy and professionalism in all interactions. Basic math skills necessary for calculating financing options and payment plans accurately. Familiarity with contract preparation and management within the automotive industry. Experience in customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads and manage client communications. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
