This on-site position requires experience in understanding and meeting corporate and state reporting requirements. Requirements Four-year degree in accounting, or two-year associates degree with at least five years experience in finance and accounting Ensure compliance with corporate and governmental accounting regulations and standards. Experience in understanding and meeting requirements related to government contracts Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives. Expert understanding of accounting processes and the ability to answer related questions Must be Microsoft Office proficient; expert in using Excel Curiosity and ability to research discrepancies and resolve issues Excellent organizational skills and attention to details Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
