- Bachelors Degree in Accounting/Finance
- 5+ years equivalent experience may be considered
- 5+ years recent/related experience
- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite; Excel and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of general accounting principles
- Solid understanding of payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Experience managing staff preferred
- Ability to interpret union contracts
- Experience analyzing/creating business reports
- Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple shifting priorities to meet deadlines
- Strong math, analytical, and organization skills

- Full time flexible schedule, possibility for 4 ten hour days or 5 eight hour days
