Position Overview:
This Revenue Cycle Account Manager position plays a vital role in managing financial operations for the company’s anesthesia clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll oversee AR performance, drive denial resolution, and ensure accurate billing practices that align with payer guidelines. This is a strategic, client-facing role requiring a strong command of anesthesia billing and an analytical mindset to improve revenue outcomes and exceed key performance metrics.
Location:
Manchester, NH (03101) – Hybrid 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Salary & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end anesthesia AR operations, including charge capture, payment posting, and denial resolution Manage anesthesia-specific billing processes (modifiers, concurrency, base/time units) Serve as the primary contact for anesthesia clients; conduct performance reviews and provide strategic guidance Generate and analyze detailed reports on aging AR, denial trends, and KPI performance using Excel (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, macros) Drive denial reduction strategies and implement process improvements Ensure compliance with payer guidelines and HIPAA regulations Collaborate cross-functionally with coding teams, schedulers, and providers to ensure accurate billing
Qualifications :
5+ years of revenue cycle experience, including 2+ years in anesthesia billing or AR High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred Advanced Excel skills required; experience with platforms like AdvancedMD, eClinicalWorks, or Epic preferred Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Familiarity with
ANSI 835/837
files and clearinghouse reporting a plus #RIMUS
