Responsible for day-to-day management of revenue processing, analysis and reporting. Assists revenue/financial analysts with complex analyses and reporting. Develops policies and procedures to ensure efficient and accurate work while also being compliant with regulatory requirements. Does this position require Patient Care? N
Qualifications
Essential Functions
Execute revenue policies, procedures and strategies by aligning day-to-day practices with overarching revenue goals.
- Recruit, train and evaluate the performance of revenue team members in accordance with MGB core values and leadership training.
- Develop and implement reporting, analysis and forecasting models.
- Plans and prepares monthly revenue reports for review.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve revenue.
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies, procedures and regulations.

Master’s Degree Finance preferred
