Job Description:
As an F&I Manager at Ramsey Subaru, you will be responsible for overseeing the finance and insurance department, ensuring compliance with all regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Your role will involve working closely with customers to secure financing, offering additional products and services, and maintaining strong relationships with lenders.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Manage all aspects of the finance and insurance process. + Work with customers to understand their financing needs and provide suitable options. + Present and sell finance and insurance products, including extended warranties and service contracts. + Ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations. + Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and lenders. + Train and support sales staff on F&I procedures and products. + Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Qualifications:
+ Proven experience as an F&I Manager or similar role in the automotive industry. + Strong knowledge of finance and insurance products. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. + High level of integrity and professionalism. + Proficiency in relevant software applications.
